CarbonWorks Studios is searching for a talented and self-motivated sales executive for a fast-growing web development and design studio headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Compensation will initially only be based on a lucrative commission structure plus accelerators. Requirements for a base salary plus other benefits will be discussed at time of interview. This position is extremely flexible and there is no limit to your potential. However, we would need you to be available during regular business hours (9am-6pm) and on short notice, when needed.
You will be responsible for B2B sales and effectively promoting the organization’s products and services to current and prospective clients. You will manage the overall relationship with small, mid-size and large corporate customers, as well as focusing on bringing in new accounts to the company. You will be prospecting in person, cold calling, and setting up appointments with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team, and you must be able to work independently as well as in a group environment. This means it’s extremely important that you are aggressive, confident, and a competitive professional comfortable building strong business relationships.
